Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Orders for in stock products will ship within 1-3 business days via USPS or UPS, depending on size and weight. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information on the day your order ships.
Q. Where do you ship to?
A. We ship to all 50 U.S. States as well as Military bases (APO, FPO, DPO). Currently we do not ship outside of the U.S.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. If merchandise is returned in "as-new" condition within 30 days of purchase, a credit (minus what you paid for shipping) will be issued. We regret we cannot refund delivery charges for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with an exchange. If merchandise is opened and/or unable to be resold, a 50% fee may apply.
Q. How do I return a product for an exchange or refund?
A. You may send your purchase back for a refund for the price paid for the merchandise (minus what you paid for shipping.) Please reference your order number when you place a return. All returns can be sent to

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay.
Q. Can I cancel my order before it ships?
A. You can if you contact us soon enough! We process orders quickly (most ship within 24-48 hours), you will need to email or call our Customer Service staff at 1-800-477-2398 so staff can check the real-time status of your order and let you know if it can be canceled. Please reference the order number in your request.
Q. I've received a broken item or I didn't receive something in my order, what do I do?
A. Please contact us through our email, email@example.com or the contact form on the site, with the order number in reference and we will make it right!
