To start with to tell you that I purchased the 40 piece Steam set at a train museum in Portland Oregon, for my 8 year old son who is crazy about trains. We didn’t open it until we got home couple days later, we live in Seattle Washington. My boy was/is very happy with it and I will say that I am very impressed of the quality and how well it works especially for an inexpensive set. That’s not all that I am very pleased with. We decided to go online and order another set however saw that 40 piece set out of stock so ordered 20 piece diesel set along with an additional steam engine and extra switches. The next day after placing the order I received the email confirmation however realized that I posted the incorrect delivery address. I immediately emailed back explaining with the, what I thought was the correct address. I received another confirmation email when realizing I still had the incorrect address. Just off by one number and/or letter. All my fault. Just as I was typing and getting ready to send another reply describing my mistakes, I received a phone call from a very nice woman from your company, ( I wished I gotten her name). Anyway I was then able to explain to her MY mistakes and she assured me that it would all be corrected. And it was, even though I assumed my mistakes would delay the order, I still received it within just a couple days.
I’ve been in the marketing, service and hospitality business all my life and I believe two of the most valued and important things you need are good product and good service. MightyToy, in my opinion certainly has both those.
