Q. How do I return a product for an exchange or refund?
      A. First contact us for your return authorization number, this number must be on the outside of all return packages. Securely pack the item and send it to us at the address below. Include tracking on your return packages, MightyToy is not responsible for lost returned packages.

        Please let us know before returning if you would like to exchange the product for another item.

          Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
              A. Orders for in stock products will ship within 2 business days via United States Postal Service or UPS Ground, depending on size and weight. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information on the day your order ships.
                  Q. My credit card has been billed but I haven't received my merchandise.
                      A. Your item should be on its way to you. Your credit card is not charged until your item is shipped. Please allow one week from the date your credit card was charged for your item to arrive.
